Cardsheet is made by one person, Fuuqiu. Every message sent here is read by that person.

Something broke

Tell me what you were doing, what happened instead, and what you expected. Write a bug report and include:

  • The steps that led to it, in the order you did them.
  • Your iPad model and iPadOS version.
  • The Cardsheet version, shown at the bottom of Settings.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.

If a PDF gives strange cards, say what kind of PDF it is (slides, handout, scanned or handwritten). Please don’t attach material you aren’t allowed to share.

An idea

Send an idea. Requests from students and exam candidates shape what comes next, especially the ones that make studying from a PDF simpler.

A purchase

Pro is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles billing. To cancel a subscription, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; I can’t issue one and never see your payment details. For anything else about Pro, write about a purchase.

How long until you hear back

Usually within two working days. It is one person answering, so a weekend or a time zone can stretch that, but every message gets read.

What I can’t do

I can’t recover decks from a lost or reset iPad: there is no copy on any server of mine. Your decks come back only from your own encrypted iCloud backup, if you had turned it on.
